
Dr. Sankha Maji teaches English at Raghunathpur College, India. He completed his PhD at Kazi Nazrul University with a dissertation titled Literature of Insurgency: Investigating the Aporias of the Postcolonial State in the Non-Fictional Writings of Arundhati Roy.
A founding member of the Postcolonial Studies Association of the Global South (PSAGS), his research interests include postcolonial and subaltern studies, human rights, secularism, xenophobia, memory, and global solidarity. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Asian Review of Books, Postcolonial Studies, Commonwealth & Comparative Politics, The Journal of Global South Studies, South Asia: Journal of South Asian Studies, The Journal of Commonwealth and Postcolonial Studies, and Memory Studies.
