We recently decided to restructure our coordinating group, which will now consist of 2 people responsible for each of the following 8 areas of work:
-
- Public meetings
- Education (includes Film club, Reading Group, Radio Show)
- Merch and Finance
- Interventions (includes Allianz Campaign, Against Rheinmetall, Neue Genera on, Gaza Committee)
- Community Events (includes Summer Camp, End of Year Party, Palivision)
- Website and Newsletter
- Social Media
- Awareness
Since this decision, there has been an extra suggestion that we should also have people responsible for Admin (which may include finances).
At today's meeting we will decide whether we include this extra responsibility, then vote for the people responsible. Anyone is invited to stand - we encourage people who are newer to The Left Berlin. It would help if you let us know in advance if you are standing (and for what post), but you can also decide to stand spontaneously at the meeting.
